Mr. Arshad Zahidi joined Abraaj in 2008. He has more than 16 years of industry experience, with particular expertise in the fertiliser and power sectors in areas such as process designing, project development; project management and plant operations management.

Mr. Zahidi started his career with Engro Chemical Pakistan Limited in 1991 where he worked in various areas in different capacities, last being the Ammonia plant Operations Manager.
 
Prior to joining Abraaj Capital, he spent his last two years in Engro Energy (pvt) Limited as Engineering & Operations Manager.  He also worked in Qatar Fertilizer Company (QAFCO) as process design engineer from 1998 to 2000. 

Mr. Zahidi holds a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology in Pakistan.
