Mr. Farhan Zaidi joined Abraaj in 2006. He has over 9 years of regional corporate finance advisory and capital markets experience. Prior to joining Abraaj, Mr. Zaidi worked at The National Investor (TNI), a leading regional investment firm, as a Vice President in the investment banking department focusing on regional capital market transactions and principal investment activities of the firm. Prior to that he was a Senior Analyst for Start Consult, a management and corporate finance consultancy firm based in Dubai, where he focused on financial modeling, valuation, due diligence and market feasibility assignments.

Previously he spent three years in the investment banking group at MCB, the third largest private sector bank in Pakistan. He started his career at CitiBank in Pakistan. Mr. Zaidi holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA - Karachi). He is also a CFA charter holder and holds a diploma in banking from the Institute of Bankers (Pakistan).
