Simona Di Vietri has ten years experience in private equity, mezzanine financing and investment banking. Before joining Abraaj, she was in London working as member of the investment team of MezzVest, an independent fund investing mainly in mezzanine tranches of LBO transactions. Before that, Ms. Di Vietri spent five years at Lehman Brothers, where she was focusing on M&A transactions in the communications and media sector, and then in Structured Finance. At Abraaj, her primary focus is to identify, structure and execute investment opportunities. She is also actively involved in management of these investments. Ms. Di Vietri holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the LUISS Guido Carlo University in Rome.
