Global Shapers is all about empowered young people that are going to make a difference and we want to be able to understand and help them on their journey into the future and enable it any way we can”

Nine projects have been selected across each of our six regions, Latin America, Middle East and North Africa, South East Asia, South Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, Turkey and Central Asia, and were selected by Regional Committees, in close collaboration with the World Economic Forum. Projects are funded through Abraaj’s 5+5+5 model, in which 5% of gross management fees, 5% of employees’ bonuses and 5 days a year per employee are dedicated to building sustainable communities.
