Keith Tuffley is the Managing Partner and CEO of The B Team. The B Team comprises a group of global business leaders who have come together to drive a better way of doing business for the wellbeing of people and planet. He is also the Founder & Chairman of NEUW Ventures SA, an impact investing company which creates and finances businesses that reduce the human ecological footprint and accelerate the world’s transition to a sustainable economic system.

Keith has spent over 25 years in finance, investment banking and the capital markets, and was previously Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs in Australia.

Keith has completed Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Laws and Masters of Laws degrees at Sydney University; the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD; the Goldman Sachs Non-Profit Leadership Program at Harvard University; and Masters of Sustainability Leadership at Cambridge University.

He is a Director of the Great Barrier Reef Foundation; a Governor of WWF-Australia; a Board Member of We Mean Business; a Director of the Global Footprint Network; and Ambassador to the Wilderness Foundation Global.

His personal interests include a wide range of adventure activities and sports, using them to promote sustainability and environmental causes. In his Grand Tours Project 2013, Keith became the first amateur to cycle every kilometre of the Tour de France, Giro d’Italia, and Vuelta a España, on the same day as each race, in the one season. As a keen mountaineer, Keith has climbed most of the 4,000m peaks in the European Alps, and has led climbing, sailing and skiing expeditions to the Karakoram ranges in Pakistan, the Andes in Chile, the New Zealand Alps, and the Antarctic Peninsula. In 2016-17, Keith skied the final 1.5 degrees to the North Pole, and became the first person to cycle a new route from the Antarctic Coast to the South Pole.

Keith is married and has four children.
