Practical experience, broad exposure and a fast learning curve are the drivers behind our Global Analyst Program. Our two year program will give you the platform to embark on a thriving career within the alternative asset management industry.

We accept applications from final year undergraduates with outstanding academic achievements and an interest in our markets. The Global Analyst Program (GAP) at Abraaj provides the necessary tools and guidance through a rigorous induction program. Following an initial training, GAP analysts will be placed in an investment team in one of our geographies.

As an Analyst on the program, you will learn a great deal about how the Firm operates and have direct access to training, coaching and expert guidance. Through this rich combination of on the job experience, formal training, coaching and mentoring, you will be provided the opportunity for accelerated professional growth within the industry. GAP analysts develop a deep knowledge by being immersed locally in our target markets, adding new insights and developing fresh perspectives.

Along the way, you will be supported by seasoned professionals who will assist in accelerating your professional development whilst offering you a unique understanding of our business and shared vision.

Experience required: BS in Finance, Economics, Business Administration & Political Science.
